欢迎使用 GoQimen（奇门出行诀）（以下简称“GoQimen”、“我们”）。我们是依据中华人民共和国法律经营的个人/个体经营者。本服务条款（“条款”）规范您对我们服务的访问和使用。服务指通过 https://goqimen.com 提供的数字择时与方位查询工具，用于为某一件具体事务（如面试、考试、出行）选择时辰和方向。
建立账户、购买次数或以其他方式使用本服务，即表示您：（a）已年满 18 周岁；（b）已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束；（c）同意我们的隐私政策；以及（d）有权代表自身签署本协议。
如不同意本条款，请停止使用本服务。条款更新后继续使用即表示接受修订后的条款。
2. 服务说明
2.1 我们提供的服务
GoQimen 提供民俗文化背景下的择吉出行参考：按您填写的办事地点与时间，给出时辰与方位建议。本服务为通过互联网提供的数字软件即服务（SaaS）产品，不提供人工咨询，不卖实体商品，不发货。
2.2 服务性质
本服务为数字无形产品。付款确认并完成加次后，即视为交付。由于数字服务的即时交付性质，退款适用第 7 条的限制。
2.3 民俗参考，不保证实效
本服务依据传统奇门择吉方法给出参考，属于民俗文化与出行择时工具，不保证任何实际效果，包括但不限于面试结果、考试成绩、出行顺利、成交或人身财产安全。结果仅供参考，不能替代您自己的判断、专业意见或依法必须遵守的安排。
3. 账号注册
3.1 账号创建
使用本服务需要使用准确、完整的信息创建账户。目前注册字段为邮箱和密码。您有责任保守登录凭据的保密性，并对账户下的所有操作负责。
3.2 账号安全
- 发现未经授权使用，立即联系 support@goqimen.com。
- 不得将登录凭据共享给任何第三方。
- 请确保账单邮箱地址持续有效。
3.3 企业账号
如代表公司或组织注册，您声明已获授权代表该实体签署本协议。
4. 价格与次数（一次性次数包）
现行公开价格如下，未登录即可在首页查看：
- 新注册账户赠送 1 次主查询。
- 一次性购买 10 次吉时选择，价格 4.99 美元（USD）。
- 无包月、无自动续费、无订阅。
每次主查询（出行或纳吉的主按钮）扣 1 次。换时辰、看方位、看盘不另扣。未来新购的标价如有调整，已购买且未用完的次数不受影响。
5. 购买
次数包为一次性付费，不自动续订。付款通过 Waffo Pancake 收银台完成。支付成功并由我们确认到账后，对应次数计入您的账户。金额、币种与次数以我们系统中的订单记录为准。请使用您有权使用的支付方式。
6. 次数的使用
次数归属于创建该账户的邮箱，不可转让、出借或兑换现金。未使用的次数不设有效期，除非本条款另有更新并依法通知。我们有权拒绝明显滥用（如恶意刷接口、绕过扣次）并暂停相关账户。
7. 退款
次数到账即为数字服务交付完成。购买后 14 日内且该笔次数包尚未使用任何一次的，可发邮至 support@goqimen.com 申请退款。已使用任意次数的，除第 8 条所述计费错误或适用法律强制要求外，不予退款。获准退款将原路退回，到账时间取决于支付渠道。
8. 账单争议
如您认为扣款存在错误，请先发邮至 support@goqimen.com，在向银行或卡组织提起交易争议前与我们联系。我们承诺在 2 个工作日内回复，并在 5 个工作日内处理已确认的计费错误。
9. 结果、输入与知识产权
9.1 查询结果
页面展示的时辰、方位与盘面说明是民俗择吉参考，不是对话生成的承诺，也不是对现实结果的保证。您可将页面结果用于个人参考；商业转售、批量抓取或伪称为专业鉴定，须事先取得书面许可。
9.2 输入内容
您提交的邮箱、查询条件等，仅用于向您提供本服务。我们不把办事地址或盘面写入账户资料库作长期画像。未经您明确同意，我们不会将您的输入用于训练人工智能模型。
9.3 准确性
择吉结果可能因历法、时区、地址理解或操作时机出现偏差。您在依据结果行动前，应自行核对日期、钟点和现场情况。
10. 可接受使用政策
10.1 允许用途
您只能将本服务用于合法的个人参考，例如为自己的面试、考试、出行等事务选择时辰与方向。
10.2 禁止用途
您同意不使用本服务：
- 从事违法、欺诈或骚扰活动。
- 生成或传播违法内容，包括涉及未成年人的违法内容。
- 制作恶意软件、钓鱼内容或未经授权的入侵工具。
- 侵犯第三方知识产权或隐私权。
- 绕过登录、扣次或安全措施。
- 未经书面批准转售、分包或公开镜像本服务。
- 违反适用法律、法规或卡组织规则。
10.3 专项禁止
- 大规模抓取页面或接口，用于个人查询以外的目的。
- 将本服务结果标榜为执业医师、律师、持牌金融顾问或其他持证专业意见。
- 利用本服务数据训练或开发与本服务直接竞争的产品。
11. 数据、隐私与安全
您对本服务的使用受隐私政策（https://goqimen.com/privacy）约束。支付卡数据由符合 PCI-DSS 标准的支付处理商 Waffo Pancake 处理，不存储于我们的服务器。账户关闭后，账户资料按隐私政策保留约 90 天后删除或匿名化；法定需留存的交易记录除外。
12. 免责声明与责任限制
12.1 免责声明
本服务以“现状”和“如可用”的方式提供，不作任何明示或隐含保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性，以及择吉结果能带来任何现实利益。
12.2 民俗择吉免责
本服务不是算命承诺、不是风水改造、不是导航，也不构成法律、医疗、金融或其他专业建议。请勿仅凭页面结果决定人身安全、大额资金或不可逆安排。
12.3 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，GoQimen 不对任何间接、附带、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。我们的总责任以您在索赔事件发生前 12 个月内就本服务向我们支付的金额为限。
13. 期限与终止
本条款在您使用本服务期间持续有效。如您严重违反本条款、涉嫌欺诈或法律要求，我们可暂停或终止账户。如我方因非您违约的原因停止服务，将按未使用次数占最近一笔有效次数包的比例协商退还。您可随时发邮至 support@goqimen.com 申请删除账户。
14. 适用法律与争议解决
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。提起正式程序前，请先发邮至 support@goqimen.com 尝试协商。协商不成的，由我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
15. 通用条款
我们可更新本条款。重大变更将在生效日前至少 14 天通过注册邮箱通知。继续使用即表示接受。如任何条款被认定无效，其余条款继续有效。本条款与隐私政策共同构成您与 GoQimen 之间的完整协议。

1. Acceptance
Welcome to GoQimen (奇门出行诀) (“GoQimen”, “we”). We operate as an individual / sole proprietor under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the digital timing-and-direction tool at https://goqimen.com (the “Service”).
By creating an account, buying credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18; (b) have read and agree to these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) have authority to accept these Terms.
If you do not agree, stop using the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
2. The Service
2.1 What we provide
GoQimen provides folk-culture auspicious-timing references for a specific errand (for example an interview, exam, or trip): suggested hours and directions based on the place and time you enter. It is an internet-delivered SaaS product. We do not offer human consultation, physical goods, or shipping.
2.2 Digital delivery
This is an intangible digital product. Access is granted when payment is confirmed and credits are added. Refunds follow Section 7.
2.3 Folk reference only; no guaranteed outcome
Results follow traditional Qimen timing methods and are cultural / travel-timing references only. We do not warrant any real-world outcome, including interview results, exam scores, travel success, deals, or safety. Results do not replace your own judgment, professional advice, or legal duties.
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration
You must register with accurate information. The current fields are email and password. You are responsible for keeping credentials secret and for activity under the account.
3.2 Security
- Report unauthorized use at once to support@goqimen.com.
- Do not share login credentials.
- Keep a working billing email.
3.3 Organization accounts
If you register for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
4. Prices and credits (one-time pack)
Current public prices, visible on the home page without signing in:
- New accounts receive 1 free main search.
- One-time pack: 10 timing selections for USD 4.99.
- No monthly plan, auto-renewal, or subscription.
Each main search (travel or muqi primary button) uses 1 credit. Changing the hour, viewing direction, or opening the chart does not extra-charge. Later price changes do not reduce credits you already bought.
5. Purchases
Credit packs are one-time payments and do not renew. Checkout is handled by Waffo Pancake. After payment is confirmed, credits are added to your account. Amount, currency, and credit count follow our order record. Use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
6. Using credits
Credits belong to the registered email. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Unused credits do not expire unless we change these Terms and give notice required by law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (for example bypassing the credit check).
7. Refunds
Adding credits completes digital delivery. Within 14 days of purchase, if no credit from that pack has been used, email support@goqimen.com to request a refund. After any use, refunds are available only for billing errors described in Section 8 or where required by law. Approved refunds return through the original channel.
8. Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, email support@goqimen.com before filing a bank or card-scheme dispute. We will reply within 2 business days and address confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
9. Results, inputs, and IP
9.1 Results
Hours, directions, and chart notes are folk-timing references, not promised outcomes and not chatbot text. You may use them for personal reference. Resale, bulk scraping, or presenting them as a licensed appraisal needs our prior written permission.
9.2 Your inputs
Email and query fields are used only to provide the Service. We do not keep errand addresses or charts in the account database as a profile. We do not use your inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.
9.3 Accuracy
Results may differ because of calendar systems, time zones, address reading, or when you act. Check the clock and the site yourself before you rely on a result.
10. Acceptable use
10.1 Allowed
Use the Service only for lawful personal reference, such as choosing a time and direction for your own errand.
10.2 Prohibited
- Illegal, fraudulent, or harassing use.
- Unlawful content, including any sexual content involving minors.
- Malware, phishing, or unauthorized intrusion tools.
- Infringement of others’ IP or privacy.
- Bypassing login, credits, or security.
- Reselling or mirroring the Service without written approval.
- Violating law or card-scheme rules.
10.3 Extra limits
- Do not scrape the site or APIs at scale for anything other than your own queries.
- Do not present results as licensed medical, legal, or financial advice.
- Do not use Service data to train a competing product.
11. Data, privacy, and security
Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy at https://goqimen.com/privacy. Card data is handled by Waffo Pancake (PCI-DSS) and is not stored on our servers. After account closure, account data is deleted or anonymized after about 90 days, except records we must keep by law.
12. Disclaimers and liability
12.1 Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that timing results will produce any real-world benefit.
12.2 Folk-timing disclaimer
This is not a fortune-telling guarantee, feng-shui redesign, or navigation product, and not legal, medical, or financial advice. Do not rely on it alone for safety, large payments, or irreversible acts.
12.3 Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoQimen is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Term and termination
These Terms last while you use the Service. We may suspend or end an account for material breach, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. If we stop the Service for a reason other than your breach, we will discuss a refund proportional to unused credits from the latest valid pack. Email support@goqimen.com to request account deletion.
14. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Email support@goqimen.com to try an informal resolution first. If that fails, courts with jurisdiction at our place of operation will hear the dispute.
15. General
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use means acceptance. If one clause is invalid, the rest remains in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and GoQimen.
