2.1 您主动提供的信息
- 账户：邮箱、密码（加密存储）、剩余次数。
- 支付：交易金额、币种、支付状态、订单编号。我们不存储完整卡号。
- 沟通：您发到 support@goqimen.com 的邮件。
- 查询时填写的地址与时间仅用于当次计算，不写入账户资料库，也不保存盘面。
2.2 自动收集的信息
- 设备与网络：IP 地址、浏览器类型，用于安全与故障排查。
- 必要 Cookie：登录会话（qimen_token）、语言偏好（qimen_lang）。
- 服务日志：请求时间、错误信息。
我们不使用第三方登录，不收集精确 GPS，不做营销画像。

我们可能对去标识化后的汇总数据做统计。此类数据无法识别到个人。我们目前不发送营销推广邮件。

- 服务提供商：网站托管（Railway）、发信（Resend）、客服收信（Zoho Mail）。受其各自保密与安全义务约束。
- 支付：卡数据由符合 PCI-DSS 的 Waffo Pancake 独家处理，不经过我们的服务器存储。
- 法律要求：法院或主管机关的合法请求。
- 经您同意的其他目的。
6. 数据安全措施
- 传输：HTTPS / TLS。
- 密码：哈希存储，不以明文保存。
- 登录凭证放在 HttpOnly Cookie，前端不写入 localStorage。
- 访问按需最小化。
如发生影响您权益的安全事件，我们将在发现后 72 小时内依法通知您。请勿与他人共享密码。

9. 营销通信
我们目前不发送营销邮件。服务必要通知（重置密码、安全、条款更新）仍会发到注册邮箱。
10. 跨境数据传输
网站托管与部分处理可能位于美国等地，发信与支付服务商也可能在境外处理数据。跨境时我们仅向提供本服务所必需的接收方传输，并要求其采取不低于本政策的保护措施。如适用，将通过合同条款约束接收方。
11. 未成年人保护
本服务面向年满 18 周岁的用户。我们不会故意收集 18 岁以下未成年人的信息。如您认为未成年人向我们提供了信息，请立即联系 support@goqimen.com，我们将尽快删除。
12. 第三方链接与服务
付款会跳转到 Waffo 收银台。本政策只约束我们直接收集的信息。第三方有各自的隐私说明。
13. 本政策的变更
重大变更将至少提前 15 天通过平台或注册邮箱通知，并更新本页顶部日期。生效日后继续使用即视为接受。

GoQimen (“we”) explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use the Qimen Timing service at https://goqimen.com, and what rights you have.
Please read this policy before use. Using the Service means you have read and agree. Material changes will be emailed to your registered address.

2. Information we collect
2.1 You provide
- Account: email, hashed password, remaining credits.
- Payment: amount, currency, status, order id. We do not store full card numbers.
- Support mail sent to support@goqimen.com.
- Addresses and times typed for a query are used for that calculation only. They are not stored in the account database, and we do not keep charts.
2.2 Collected automatically
- IP address and browser type for security and debugging.
- Necessary cookies: login (qimen_token) and language (qimen_lang).
- Request time and error logs.
We do not offer third-party login, precise GPS, or marketing profiles.

We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics. We do not send marketing campaigns.

5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only with:
- Processors: hosting (Railway), transactional email (Resend), inbound support mail (Zoho Mail).
- Payments: Waffo Pancake (PCI-DSS) handles card data; we do not store it.
- Legal requests from courts or regulators.
- Other cases with your consent.
6. Security
- HTTPS / TLS in transit.
- Passwords stored as hashes.
- Auth token in an HttpOnly cookie, not in localStorage.
- Least-privilege access.
If a breach affects your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery where the law requires. Do not share your password.
7. Retention

You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Marketing
We do not send marketing mail. Necessary messages (password reset, security, Terms updates) still go to your registered email.
10. International transfers
Hosting and some processors may be in the United States or other countries. We transfer only what is needed to run the Service and require comparable protection, including contractual terms where required.
11. Children
The Service is for users 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. Email support@goqimen.com if you believe a minor registered; we will delete the data promptly.
12. Third-party services
Checkout opens Waffo. This policy covers only data we collect directly.
13. Changes
Material changes will be announced at least 15 days in advance by email or on the site, and the date at the top will change. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
